Leesa Dean is a graduate of the University of Guelph’s Creative Writing MFA program and an English professor at Humber College. Her fiction, non-fiction and poetry have been published in The New Quarterly, Matrix, The Headlight Anthology, and Minority Reports: New English Writing from Quebec. Over time, her inquisitive nature and attraction to the inner workings of other peoples’ lives have led her into the field of interviewing, both as a writer and editor. Her interviews with esteemed writers such as Catherine Bush, Mary Gaitskill and Lisa Moore have appeared in various literary magazines across Canada.
